What The V.I.P. Program Offers
We expose as many students as possible from Bridgeport, Connecticut area schools to information and mentors so they may realize their potential to matriculate on the college level. We develop leaders and individuals, most from disadvantaged backgrounds, that have the ability to succeed in higher education and become contributing members of society.
V.I.P. will meet during the 2023-2024
School Year from September to May
6th-8th Grades: Selected Tuesdays – 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

9th-12th Grades: Wednesdays – 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

College Tours
V.I.P. sponsors at least 3-4 college tours per year. (3-9 days) They are held in October, November, February, and April. Summer College Tours (day trips and overnight) are also held in June, July, and August for 6th-12th grade students. Cultural and other recreational outings are also offered during the summer.
